Your impact:

  • We are looking for motivated, high potential Sales Development Representatives to help us connect with enterprise leaders at the top companies in Thailand. As a SDR. You will build, strategize, and leverage various sales and lead generation tools, events, and marketing campaigns to ensure success for the sales team by achieving revenue goals.

Your team:

  • With a start-up environment, you will work closely with all the members of the team including the team based in Bangkok and internationally who are passionate in technology and ready for the challenges.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Work jointly with sales leaders to strategize, build their pipeline, and achieve territory goals.
  • Make cold calls or reach out to prospects to generate qualified leads.
  • Educate, nurture and develop prospects leading to hand-offs to sales team members.
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts with detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of OKRs.
  • Identify key players, buyers and then research and obtain business requirements, pain points and present complex technical solutions clearly over the pitch at all business levels
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to devise marketing materials and tools to ensure proper identity, branding, PR activities, and events to support the company's strategic direction.

Your ideal profile:

  • 2-4+ years of professional work experience in SDR, sales or related fields.
  • Successful track record pre-sale activities promoting B2B enterprise solutions. (Plus points for understanding of Chatbot, AI, NLP, SDK, and messaging platform.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills of Thai and English in both verbal and writing.
  • Independent, fast-learning, self-motivation, positive, and never give up attitude.
